Great for runners

I think that this ankle massager is pretty good. I think it does do a good job at heating up the ankle which is amazing for pain. The vibrations are unexpectedly better than I thought they were going to be. The actual vibrating part is on two areas near the ankle so when it’s on, you really get a feel of the whole ankle being hit with the vibrations. It does help with pain, at least temporarily numbed it up. I especially love the heating part, it’s great after a run. I would say for the price It’s a little on the pricey side. I do wish it was slightly cheaper. But I can definitely see this lasting a very long time so that’s fine. It gets pretty hot, and also hot very quickly. Overall, I think it’s great for anyone who runs or does a lot of work on their feet.

Best I've tried

Picture doesn't show it, but there is a charger for it inside the wrap.At first I was slightly disappointed. The picture makes it look like there are 3 vibrators but there are really only 2. One on either side of the back of your foot. Placement will depend how big your foot/ leg is. I have small feet and ankles so the vibrators land right above my foot. The entire wrap seems to have heating wires running through it so that cheered me up a bit. After a few uses I decided I love it. The 2 vibrators are good enough (although, I would love one right on the bottom/back of my heel.)I've tested out a few of these type of devices. This is why I like this particular one a lot.It has heat settings with a thermostat. You can see how hot it's getting and I feel like that's important for safety. If you have any kind of numbness going on with your leg or foot this is a really wise feature. It has a locking button. This is awesome because you can use it in bed or with covers/blankets. You don't have to worry about changing the settings on accident. It has a timer. 20, 30, or 45 minutes. This is plenty of time and if you fall asleep you won't cook your foot. I like having options too.Overall, I think this one is better than most. It really does improve blood flow. Once I got over my idea that this would be a 'spa' item and feel good instantly, all the benefits from it really shined bright. My ankle/foot feels great and my lower legs too. I really enjoy using this and it's going to be treasured and not just thrown in a drawer and forgotten about.Vibrators function well and are sufficient. Heating functions well. Velcro works great. Charges without issues. Display is responsive and large. Very user friendly. I think I've tried about about 6 or 7 different heaters/ massagers for different body areas. This one is definitely one of the better ones.

Warm Relief Without Being Tied Down

This cordless ankle heating pad has become my go to when my feet and ankles feel stiff or sore. The gentle heat combined with the soft vibration is very soothing, especially in cold weather or on days when I did not stretch enough before working out. It feels calming rather than intense, which makes it easy to relax while using it.I really appreciate that it is rechargeable and completely cordless, so there are no wires getting in the way. I can move around or sit comfortably without feeling tied down, and being reusable makes it even better. Simple to use, comforting, and practical, this ankle wrap delivers reliable relief right when I need it.

Very good but does not touch ankle insertion with tendon

Does exactly what states for. My only point is that my problem was on the insertion of the tendon at the ankle where the equipment doesn't touch

It doesn't heat the way they claim

Right out of the box I turned it on and It didn't heat to the max setting of 149 degrees, it got to about 138. I thought perhaps it had to be on your ankle to heat up, but after I put it on it immediately started dropping in temperature until it leveled off at luke warm 115. I figured it was a damaged product and returned it. The company promptly sent another one, which was nice. The second one did exactly the same thing! I doubt I got the only 2 "damaged" ones. I think it is just a poorly designed product that doesn't do what it claims.

Didn't get warm enough

Ended up returning the product. I had it set to 148 degrees, and according to the display, it wouldn't go higher than 120 degrees. Most of the time it hovered at 115 degrees. This wasn't near enough heat to be beneficial.

Helps heel pain

I really do think this is helping with my heel pain. The only problem I see so far is the battery doesn’t last long. I guess I need to keep it charging when I’m not using it but overall seems to be helping. Adding after 6 days of use not happy with the battery it drains really fast🤷🏻‍♀️

Good but heat was less than expected

Overall it is functional for use. The heat takes a while to build up and is not as warm as expected. The vibration modes are great for relaxation of tense muscles. The controls for heat, time, and vibration are easy to adjust. It did help with pain relief for my twisted ankles.

A pretty nice unit overall, actually but I do think it's a bit overpriced

This is a single ankle heating pad with vibrational "massage". It is cordless and rechargeable via USB-A to USB-C cable (you provide your own power brick/charging block). The cable might seem missing initially, but it's included inside the folded pad in the box.I like this ankle pad mostly for the heat. It does heat well, and it communicates the temperature to you as well, via the control panel. There is a timer, too, so you don't have to worry about falling asleep with this on and cooking your ankle, which is quite nice.My main use of this so far has been for one of my elbows, actually, and it works pretty well there, tho the strapping is clearly meant for ankles. As for strapping fit around my particular ankles, it has just enough strap to secure itself, with very little extra. If you have thick ankles, this might not be for you.As for the vibration, it...works. It's fine. For some reason--and I've tried a lot of these ankle "massagers"--the vibration just doesn't connect to the ankle very well. The vibration motors are always floating above the surface of the ankle itself, because of how they're embedded in the strapping, and not sitting squarely on the ankle itself, so you really get very little direct vibration, no matter the vibration setting(s). This unit is really no different in that regard. Obviously this can vary depending on your foot/ankle size, so keep that in mind; my experience may not be your experience. Also, the vibration DOES come through a little better on my elbow(s) so it may well be a size-related issue. This was $40 at the time I ordered it, and as I write this review, it's listed with a coupon price of $31.99. Now, this is for a SINGLE ankle pad, and I think that's actually kind of expensive for just one of these. And if you wanted two, I'm not sure you could even get a mirrored unit so the control panels for both are each on the outside of the ankles, either. This thing is a good ankle warmer, with minimal vibration (and not at all worthy of being called "massage", in any case), and a single unit for $40 bucks or so... and all things considered, even tho it seems well-made and decently well-designed overall, I don't think I would recommend it. It's not bad, at all, but it's nothing special at such a price point, either.

Not a True Massage (Vibration Only)

This is a review of an item ordered through the Vine program. Contrary to popular opinion, these items are often not free, as we pay taxes on the value of items. This means I review items that I actually want/need.Item: BAISEMAIN Cordless Foot And Ankle Massager for Pain Relief, Ankle Heating Pad with Massage, Thermal Ankle Brace Wrap Massager for Circulation and Pain ReliefIf you need a foot/ankle heater and massager for pain or injury, this is a nice one. It’s cordless and offers warmth and vibration (not true massage). It has 4 heat settings, 3 vibration modes, and 3 timers (20 mins, 30 mins, and 45 mins). Comes with a charging cord but no wall block. Easy to use, as you place the small hole on your heel and wrap the Velcro around your foot. Fits securely (I wear a size 9 women’s). Currently priced comparable with others ($39.99 plus an $8.00 coupon, so $31.99).
